New Design No More Excuses
We all do it, just some more than others. We come up with excuses for not doing as we know we should. That might be eating a poor nutritional meal and calling it a “cheat day”, or “my opponent was really strong”. Well it is time to stop the excuses, so let’s begin with training and a Tshirt to go with it.
